Costs

Service Registration

To submit cases to the Transfer Bureau service you need to be a registered user. Registration is subject to a monthly retainer fee of £15 plus VAT, payable by direct debit and is subject to an initial 12 month agreement.

Report Costs

The report charges are for a complete end-to-end service from letter of authority through to the production of a Transfer Value Analysis reports.

Standard Report Costs

Reports produced under the standard service are charged at £175 +vat.
Report re-runs within 3 months of the original report are charged at £25 +vat.
Report re-runs requested under platinum service response level are charged at £50 +vat. Once a re-run under platinum service response level has been requested, all future re-runs for that case will be under platinum service response level and will be charged at £50 plus vat

Platinum Report Costs

Reports produced under the platinum service are charged at £355 +vat.
Report re-runs within 3 months of the original report are charged at £25 +vat.

Cancellation Charges

Once a case is logged on to the O&M workflow system, a minimum cancellation fee of £50 +vat applies.

Once a case has been reviewed by an O&M pension analyst, a minimum cancellation fee of £100 +vat applies.
